The staff. There was a girl behind the reception at night (don't now here name unfortunately) and the security man helpt me a lot with my travel plans (booking a bus ticket and arrange a private driver) And the location is great!

The hotel staff Eli Nur is very nice and helpful,she helping us to buy a train ticket to Surabaya via online, the hotel is very convenient and close to Tunjungan Plaza the biggest mall in Surabaya and other eateries, food stall just within a walking distance.

Location is great, right across the Tunjungan Plaza mall and easy to get to anywhere.
